Shipping Methods and Calculations:
Our standard shipping method is 2-business days for orders placed
before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time providing your items are in stock and available for shipping. Orders placed
after 3:00 PM may also be shipped when online orders are confirmed by phone call to our Toll Free Customer Service number
at 888-442-4247(HAIR). Need "rush" over-night delivery? We offer it! Again, when placing
urgent orders after 3:00PM Central Standard Time, please call to confirm availability. We will make every effort
possible to accomodate your urgent needs.
Payment Methods:
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this
site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We entrust PayPal Business Services to process your orders quickly
and securely using your existing Paypal account. Need a Paypal account? Get one quickly during check-out, or we
also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and most other major bank cards at time of check-out.
Privacy Policy: Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is
provided by the user is used solely for completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their
order.
Exchanges (No Returns)
Exchanges are permitted under special circumstances
only and for "hair only". Exchanges must be pre-approved by calling Customer Service at 888-442-4247 within
3-business days from date you receive your order. Your hair may be exchanged for like item (ie. color exchange),
and any additional charges for the specific items exchanged will include charges for the new shipment. Replacement
orders will be charged the standard shipping rates. NO returns are accepted, and No exchanges will be accepted for hair
packages which have been opened, and/ or strapping bands altered in any way.
